Cancellation Policy

Booking, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy Deposits and Booking Confirmation: To secure your bespoke treatment appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable at the time of your session (alternatively, a full amount could be paid online when booking the service). This deposit covers our administrative booking costs and reserves a dedicated time slot in our schedule. 48-Hour Cancellation Window: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours' Notice: If you cancel or request to reschedule your session more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will not be refunded. However, you may transfer the deposit to an alternative date and time within 30 days of the original booking. Alternatively, you may pass your booking slot to another person, provided you notify us of their name and contact details before the session. Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours' Notice: If you cancel, request to reschedule, or fail to attend your session within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, your deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because we cannot reasonably rebook the empty time slot on short notice, resulting in a direct financial loss. Our Commitment to You: In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund of your deposit or a priority transfer to an alternative date.
